From May 15 to 17, 2026, the 2026 3rd International Conference on Image Processing and Artificial Intelligence (ICIPAI 2026) was held in Zhengzhou. The conference was hosted by Henan University and brought together many renowned scholars and industry experts in the fields of image processing and artificial intelligence for in-depth discussions on frontier scientific issues and technological breakthroughs.

The conference invited five national-level talents to deliver keynote speeches. Professor Jizhong Zhu of South China University of Technology, National High-Level Talent and IEEE Fellow; Professor Feifei Gao of Tsinghua University, National High-Level Talent and IEEE Fellow; Professor Badong Chen of Xi'an Jiaotong University, National High-Level Talent; Professor Ning Sun of Nankai University, National High-Level Young Talent; and Professor Mang Ye of Wuhan University, National High-Level Young Talent, each delivered an excellent keynote speech.

During the oral presentation session, participating scholars from universities and enterprises, including Huazhong University of Science and Technology, Beijing University of Posts and Telecommunications, North China University of Science and Technology, and Henan University, shared and discussed their research on frontier topics such as graph reinforcement learning, multi-agent systems, image security and encryption, and medical imaging screening. The organizing committee conducted on-site selection and awarding of outstanding presentations, creating a strong academic atmosphere.

In an open, shared, and pragmatic atmosphere of exchange, ICIPAI 2026 successfully concluded. Experts attending the conference unanimously agreed that the conference not only established a high-level, cross-regional academic exchange platform for the fields of image processing and artificial intelligence, but also injected new vitality into promoting the construction of a digital society and independent innovation in core artificial intelligence technologies.
